As a United States Senator, my goal is to empower younger generations to actively participate in shaping the future of our state and nation. I am proud to offer paid internships for undergraduate students in each of my five offices, located in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, and Fresno.
Interns will conduct research, attend congressional hearings and briefings, organize press clips, answer constituent calls, draft correspondence, and assist with events. While preference is given to applicants with California connections, students from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Summer 2024
My Washington, D.C. office will have one summer internship session from June 24 – August 9.
My four California offices will have two summer internship sessions.
- Session I: May 27 – July 12
- Session II: July 15 – August 30
